At Trust Your Roots ("TYR"), we believe care begins long before a product reaches your hands. Every order is packed thoughtfully and dispatched with the same intention that goes into our formulations.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing timelines may be extended during public holidays, festive periods, product launches, or promotional campaigns.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Courier Partner

Orders are primarily shipped through Delhivery and other logistics partners as required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
